How Often Should I Whiten My Teeth?

People often ask how frequently they should whiten their teeth. Personally, I whiten my teeth once a quarter for about three or four days in a row. I like to compare teeth whitening to going to the gym. Once you achieve the desired result, it’s easier to maintain it. After your teeth are white, keeping them white is a simpler process. Given that we consume foods and drinks like blueberries, pasta sauce, and coffee, which can stain our teeth, it’s important to whiten them periodically.

To maintain a bright smile, I recommend whitening your teeth every few months. This routine should help you keep your teeth looking their best.
