Do I Wear Invisalign All Day?

In this video, Dr. Chris Powell explains how much time each day Invisalign needs to be worn to achieve optimal results.

Many people inquire about the required wear time for Invisalign. It is essential to wear Invisalign aligners for at least 22 hours a day to achieve the desired results. The aligners only work when they are in place, so removing them for extended periods, such as three to five hours daily, can hinder the treatment’s effectiveness and prolong the process. Essentially, Invisalign should be worn almost continuously, only being removed for eating, drinking anything other than water, and oral hygiene routines.
