What If I’ve Lost a Filling or Crown?

In this video, Dr. Chris Powell advises prompt action if you’ve lost a filling or crown and discusses the possibility of reattachment.

If you have lost a filling or if a crown has come out, it is important to address this as soon as possible. Should you still have the crown, please bring it with you when you come in, as it might be possible to reattach it. Often, there is a specific reason why a filling has fallen out, such as decay underneath it. However, in many cases, we are able to reinsert the original filling. Don’t hesitate to contact us immediately; we are prepared to replace any fillings that are missing or have fallen out to restore your dental health promptly.
